What is a Payment Group?

TeamFeePay payment groups.

All of your club’s plans are built and placed within a payment group. This group allows your club to view all payment plans, track membership numbers and analyse payments by season/year. The administrator can also set rules for the payment plans such as adding discounts without having to build separate discounted plans. The payment group allows all plans to be modified and controlled easily.


A Payment Group could be called 2021/2022 Season.

Inside this group you will build all your payment plans and place these within the Payment Group.  So, if you had 10 different payment plans for your club, they can all be located under the Payment Group umbrella.
